Coverage: generation must not depend on connectivity — offline creation with duplicate-safe sync is the whole game. Paper: traditional-trade customers still want the printed copy in hand; thermal printing satisfies the habit while the digital record stays in the system. Speed: a compliant invoice that takes three minutes per stop breaks the route — barcode item entry and one-tap printing keep the stop short.

What is honestly not built

Phase 2 (Integration) is not built in FieldSales yet. We state that plainly because ZATCA does not certify or endorse software vendors, and compliance claims should be treated skeptically from any vendor. What ships today — and has shipped invoices in production — is the complete Phase-1 field cycle described above.
